The mini tulle cape sparkles all over with silver glitter while intricately embroidered phases of the moon in black and metallic silver wax and wane around your shoulders.
Edged in luscious black velvet and fastening with a simple hook and eye.
Approx 10″ long at back and 12″over each shoulder. Approx 25″ around neck to sit wide on the shoulders.
